It Always Seemed Impossible Until It's Done

That couldn't be more true. When you look at a goal 100m away, you can only see the distance between where you are now and where you have to be. You might even see some major obstacles on route to the goal.

Sometimes we forget to take a pause and look backwards. Look where you were 100m ago. Remember when you thought you weren't going to make it? Remember when you saw that obstacle in your way? Look at you now. You made it here. Do you really think you can't go the next 100ft?

The moment you succeed, you realise 'I just completed the impossible.'

Now today you might be at the beginning of your next 100m or maybe you are halfway through. Take a moment to look back at how far you have come. It may be even 1 step but that's 1 step more than where you were before. You don't need to run to the goal. Just take the next step.

What is your next step today?
